Annual FolkTime Auction Set for September 18th!
The 2010 FolkTime Heart in Hand Auction will be held this year on Saturday, September 18th at the Oaks Park Dance Pavilion.
We're currently seeking donation items for our silent and oral auctions. If you have an item, vacation rental or other product or service you would like to feature, please contact us at (503) 238-6428 or admin@folktime.org.
Tickets are available for individuals as well as tables (six guests per table). We are now taking online reservations.
We look forward to seeing you on the 18th!

FolkTime Hosts Three Culinary Dinners
FolkTime in conjunction with the Oregon Culinary Institute hosted the first two of three summer culinary events.
This "sold-out" gathering of 49 was presented with a fabulous four course meal paired with wine and a short video about FolkTime and what it means to the members that attend.

Fat Tuesday at Huber's: Celebration for Charity!

FolkTime Day at Beaterville Cafe
Thank you to everyone that recently attended FolkTime Day at the Beaterville Cafe. Beaterville Cafe celebrated the expansion of their restaurant by offering FolkTime 20% of the proceeds on December 20, 2009. We look forward to future events at Beaterville Cafe and hope to see you at the next event.

Fundraiser Breakfast
Our annual Fundraiser Breakfast featured keynote speaker, Richard Harris, Director of DHS Addictions & Mental Health. The topic was 'The Changing Environment of Mental Health Care' and attendees learned more about the current state and future plans for mental health care in Oregon. Our sincere thanks goes out to Richard Harris as well as our event sponsor, Providence Health & Services for making this a successful event.

FolkTime's Annual Auction was held at Oaks Park on October 15, 2009. This year's theme was "Heart in Hand". Thank you to all our donors, supporters and volunteers. All of your support made this year's event a great success.

Feast For FolkTime
This very successful event on Fat Tuesday was well attended and we want to thank everyone who participated by eating there, sending friends, and getting the word out. What a fun way to support FolkTime!

2008 Culinary Dinners
In July 2008, FolkTime hosted two dinners
at the Oregon Culinary Institute
to raise funds and awareness on mental health issues.
The dinners were a tremendous success and we are grateful to
all who participated.
